Bruce J. Lee

Bruce is a licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in commercial real estate throughout Northern Fairfield County, Connecticut. He entered the real estate industry after a successful career in institutional finance, where he spent more than two decades advising clients, building relationships, and helping businesses achieve their strategic objectives. He brings that same consultative, client-focused approach to commercial real estate by guiding landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers through every stage of the transaction process.

Prior to real estate, Bruce held senior sales and trading positions at leading financial firms, including Roth Capital Partners, TP ICAP, MKM Partners, and Weeden & Co. Throughout his career, he developed a reputation for delivering results, solving complex problems, and serving as a trusted advisor to his clients. Today, he leverages that experience to help businesses and investors make informed commercial real estate decisions.

Bruce is a Connecticut native and resides in Wilton, CT with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, following the financial markets, staying active, and supporting local community initiatives.
